1. Who we are

XAU Signal AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://xausignal.ai and the VIP Telegram channel that delivers XAU/USD trading signals. By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

We publish AI-assisted trading analyses on XAU/USD (gold vs US dollar) including suggested entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels. Subscribers receive real-time notifications via our VIP Telegram channel and can review historical performance on the website dashboard.

The service is delivered "as-is" and "as-available" on a best-effort basis. Outages of market-data providers, Telegram, or our hosting infrastructure may delay or prevent delivery of any given signal.

3. Not financial advice

Content on XAU Signal AI is educational only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, money manager, or fiduciary, and we do not execute trades on your behalf. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading XAU/USD and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make using our content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving market-related content under local law (including sanctions regimes).

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your Telegram-linked identity. You must not share VIP invite links or resell access. We may revoke VIP access immediately if we detect link sharing or account sharing.

6. Subscriptions and payment

  • Card subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) auto-renew at the end of each period through Stripe. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • PromptPay one-time payments (Quarterly and Yearly only) grant access for the paid period and do not auto-renew. To continue after expiry, you must make a new payment.
  • Promotion codes (e.g. LAUNCH50) apply only on first purchase unless otherwise stated and are subject to Stripe's promotion-code rules.
  • Prices are in USD (card) or THB (PromptPay). Applicable taxes are your responsibility.

7. Refunds

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, copy, or resell any signal or content we publish.
  • Share VIP invite links, Telegram accounts, or dashboard sessions with third parties.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our infrastructure.
  • Use the service to violate laws or the rights of others, including sanctioned-jurisdictions rules.

9. Intellectual property

All signals, strategies, charts, branding, and source of the website are our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the content during your active subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access without liability if you breach these terms, if we detect fraud, or if our payment processor disables our account. On termination, your outstanding subscription credits are forfeited, subject to the Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the VIP channel and via the dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
